Withers Lawyers was established in 2020 in Banyo, Queensland by Nicole Withers.  With a strong focus on property and commercial law, our practice incorporates both digital and traditional settlements methods .

Nicole was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2007 and holds a Master of Laws (Commercial Law) from the Queensland University of Technology and has since practised predominantly in property, commercial and agribusiness law. 

She believes that it is essential to work collaboratively with her clients to ensure that their key goals are met in each transaction.

Originally from Yeppoon, Qld, Nicole moved to Brisbane in 2000 and has lived in Banyo since 2013.
